Service Description
PlaySmart Food Explorers is a 6-week parent education group for ages 3–5 that focuses on sensory-based feeding. Led by a pediatric OT, families learn how sensory processing affects eating through fun food play, hands-on activities, and practical strategies to support better mealtimes.
Cancellation Policy
Because our classes are intentionally kept small (limited to 6 participants) to ensure a high-quality, hands-on experience, we are unable to offer flexible refunds once spots are reserved. Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the class start date are eligible for a full refund. Class Credit: Cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before the class start date are eligible for a credit toward another class offered by our practice. Credits must be used within 6 months and are non-transferable. No Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start date are not eligible for a refund or credit. Once Class Has Started: No refunds or credits are available once a class session has begun. We appreciate your understanding—our limited class sizes mean that last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill and directly impact our ability to offer these specialized programs. Thank you for supporting a small, therapist-led practice!
