Have you ever wondered..."Am I doing enough tummy time?" "Is my child meeting developmental milestones?" "How can I best play with my baby to help them develop?"
If so, then PlaySmart Babies may be right for you!

PlaySmart Babies was created by a pediatric occupational therapist to take the guesswork out of early development. This caregiver-and-infant class gives parents clear, practical ways to support their baby's movement, sensory development, and regulation. Using play that fits naturally into everyday routines.

This not a playgroup and not therapy. It's an expert led, educational class designed to empower caregivers with confidence, understanding, and tools they can use right away.
