Is your toddler constantly on the move?
Does play feel chaotic, frustrating, or hard to engage in?
Do transitions, attention, or emotional regulation feel difficult right now?

If so—you’re not alone.

PlaySmart Toddler is a 6-week, OT-led caregiver + toddler group designed to support early development through play, movement, sensory exploration, and connection.

This is not a play group. This is not therapy.
It’s a proactive, play-based developmental group that helps toddlers build foundational skills for regulation, attention, play, social interaction, and learning.
